Customers are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information unless backup services are expressly included in a separate written agreement with Fixertechs.

Customers must have appropriate authorization to provide Fixertechs access to any computers, accounts, networks, systems, software, or information involved in a technical-support request.

3. Technical Support

Fixertechs may provide technical support through telephone, email, SMS/text messaging, remote-support software, online systems, or other appropriate communication channels.

Customers understand that troubleshooting technology can involve changes to software, configurations, networks, or devices. Although Fixertechs uses reasonable care when performing services, technical troubleshooting may involve risks inherent in modifying technology systems.

Specific warranties, service levels, limitations, or responsibilities applicable to contracted services may be contained in the customer's applicable service agreement.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Fixertechs LLC offers optional SMS/text messaging for informational and customer-care communications.

By providing your consent to receive SMS messages from Fixertechs LLC, you agree to receive informational messages relating to services you have requested or your relationship with Fixertechs.

Consent

Participation in Fixertechs SMS messaging is voluntary.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Fixertechs LLC.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Technical results can vary depending on hardware, software, networks, third-party providers, system configurations, customer actions, and other factors.

Nothing on our general website constitutes a guarantee that a particular technical issue can be resolved or that a specific result will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fixertechs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the general Fixertechs website.

Liability associated with paid technical services, managed services, professional services, or other contracted services will be governed by the applicable customer agreement where one exists.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
